Message from the Headteacher

"At Chrishall Holy Trinity & St. Nicholas we provide a safe, healthy and caring school community, where everyone is accepted and respected. Our aim is to give access to a curriculum and a range of learning experiences of the highest standard, educating for life."

Our last OFSTED described us as a very good school with many outstanding features. We have received many awards from other aspects of the education community such as the ICT Mark, Active Mark, Healthy eating award, school achievement awards and we are a partnership school with the Institute of Education in Cambridge.

Throughout the year there are many opportunities for enrichment for example school productions, sports events, visits to Kentwell, West Stow, Pelham Field Centre and for the yr 6's, Crucial Crew. All the children take part in visits around the village and nearby town of Saffron Walden e.g. the church and the museum. The year 5 and 6's take part in two week long residential trips, Tollesbury Lightship and Aylmerton Field Study Centre.
